Portfolio Review

We review your CV, certifications, and any public research or portfolio work. If there's a strong match to our standards, you will hear back within five business days.

Technical Discussion

A 45-minute technical conversation with a senior team member. No trick questions — we discuss real scenarios from your experience and ours, and explore how you think through complex problems.

Practical Assessment

A paid, take-home technical exercise. This is designed to reflect actual engagement work — not theoretical whiteboard puzzles. Typical time commitment is 3–5 hours.

Final Interview & Offer

A conversation with leadership covering values, working style, and expectations. If it's a fit, we move to offer within 48 hours.
